Sector Trouble

The search for Blaire continues. I have always been determined, it's how I came to open the bar. But, my level of determination is even greater than starting from nothing and becoming something. This is my freedom. The officials from sector A are looking for Blaire. I have always been good at reading people, but I cannot tell if they think I did something to Blaire or if they are trying to find her because she is a threat to the system. I was almost a threat to the system when the city was first divided into sectors. I had only made a little bit of money at the bar, but the old man who owned the bar saved me. For that, I'll be forever grateful. I have only heard from my sister is Sector B and her descriptions make my skin crawl. I have been trying to send her money, but the government isn't big on intersector contact, let alone sending money. I have dreamed of bringing my nephews and my sister to Sector A to live with me. I'd get a bigger place...Right now I live in a comfortable one bedroom apartment. It's nice, but nothing like what I imagined Blaire's new apartment on what used to be the upper east side to look like. I've got money, but flaunting it isn't really my style, especially because many of my old friends were thrown into Sector C...it feels disrespectful. I was so used to all of us hustling backwards. That's what the old man used to stay. I'd earn my money, buy designer clothes, but have no money to buy my own place. The old man really saved me. But if Blaire doesn't show up soon...it may have been for nothing.

Tomorrow

Tomorrow is a big day for us. The Bar is in good shape and we have new specials that are about to bring more customers. I am looking to expand my business. I have spoken to a few investors that are interested in helping me open a new type of bar that will bring an older clientele, but that also means more money for me. The problem with these investors though is that a few of them have too many government ties, which means government control of my money... I am debating whether this is a good idea or not.

The Map

The map below illustrates my desperate struggle to find Blaire. If I'm involved in all of this, I need to know why. The most important parts of the city are highlighted for us to refer to in our quest for Blaire. I have gotten some help from a few friendlies I met at the bar. Looking forward to what we can learn about Blaire's disappearance. There is one friendly that might be particularly helpful since his mother and father are government officials. Here's hoping Blaire is closer than we think.

Trail our City

Exhausting

Today has been one of those days where I've become exhausted by one o clock. Searching for Blaire has become some type of task. I've been all alone in my search as of recently. I've decided to recruit a young man, Alec to help with some things at the bar. Hopefully he'll be able to help with the Blaire situation as well.
We've even taken to passing out flyers. The government officials are really cracking down on everything as of lately, even in A. We're only allowed on the streets between 12-5 to hand out the flyers. Why do I have a feeling this has something to do with that redlipped devil....

Blaire: if you're out there, find a way to let me know. We're trying to help you!

Mission: Blaire

The quest to find Blaire has hit a stalemate. I've had help from a few close business partners and some of my workers, but no luck so far. The more people talk, the more afraid I become for my future. I am desperate to figure out what happened to her. Rumors are flying around that she was murdered or kidnapped, but I don't know if I believe it. Especially since Blaire and I had issues, major issues. I will be the first to blame. Maybe she knows that and she's hiding to get revenge. It's not really like Blaire to be that vindictive, but I guess I'm not really sure what she's capable of, she's always been mysterious. People are starting to look at me with questioning eyes, and I have no answers. This issue isn't stifling business though. Thankfully. We are actually booming. I have met a few friendlies, hoping one of them can help me find the elusive Blaire. If I know Blaire though, she wouldn't go down without a fight and would make sure the world knew of her death.

That's how I know she is still alive. Quiet disappearance? Not Blaire's style. Something is very wrong. I am starting to worry for her safety, even though she has always taken care of herself...something is just off.

Wrong Turn

Wrong Turn

I had no clue where I went wrong.

I had no clue where I went [[Next|wrong]].
She was standing at the bar in a [[Devil|red]] dress and [[Blaire|boots]]. When I met her, I was immediately taken to her beauty, but her attitude was intimidating and mysterious. I [[Agressive|avoided]] her.
So I came to know that night...she was a [[The manuscript|writer]]. Fiction and Non. She was intelligent, but the kind that could be used for either great good or great [[Devil|evil]]. He had a feeling she was more attracted to the [[Missing|darker]] side of life.
I could tell there was something she was hiding, but at the time I wasn't really worried, until the cops came [[Missing|looking]] for her.
She wouldn't allow me to avoid her. She knew I was the owner of the bar, but she came up and offered me a [[Devil|drink]]. I was a sucker for girls who didn't use me for my money. And there was just something about that [[Blaire|red]] dress with the lips to match.
She had told me she was working on some sort of [[Missing|story]]. It was "Nonfiction with a little mix of fiction for fun" she had said with a smirk. Little did I know this story was going to cause me a lot of [[Help|trouble]].
Blaire's manuscript is missing...and so is she. She has [[Help|vanished ]]and the cops keep questioning me about her whereabouts. They are starting to stifle business at the bar.
Now I was busy hiding from the government. There was something in that [[The manuscript|]]manuscript that would expose something great. I have to find her. She holds the key to my freedom and to something even [[Help|greater]].
Any tips on where Blaire is will be greatly appreciated. The sooner the better. My life depends on it.
